All purchase transactions at mikeskullbuster.com (Mike Skullbuster Studios, LLC) are processed through PayPal. You do not need to be a member nor do you need to login to make a purchase. This gateway works with any major credit card. When completing this transaction the purchaser agrees to acknowledge that shipping does not generate an automated tracking number, nor is there a communication regarding delivery schedule. Mike Skullbuster Studios is small family run business where members work other jobs besides this. Please be patient with shipping. We try to communicate when orders go out and we will provide a tracking number upon request once we have one.

Mike Skullbuster Studios has teamed up with Printful, (an on-demand order fulfillment and warehousing service that fulfills and ships products) to help a small businesses like Mike Skullbuster Studios expand it’s product line to our customers without blowing our wad on inventory that might sit on the shelf for eternity. We cannot offer free shipping with our Printful products, you will have a choice for the most economical shipping available.

About DTG printing
DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.

We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. That’s because it yields quality prints, it’s cost-effective for one-off orders, and there’s almost no limit to the colors and fine detail you can use in your designs.

DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They’re free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

Refund & Return/Exchange policy: If for some practical reason you are not satisfied with your Mike Skullbuster Studios product such as but not specific to the deck arrived warped or de-laminated or there is a manufacturer flaw in a garment, Mike will grant either an exchange for goods or a full cash refund at customer’s request. The customer agrees that they will not get the exchange or refund until they have shipped back the item in question at their expense and AZPX has acknowledged receipt. The customer and AZPX can negotiate about the shipping costs on a per item situation. If you have NOT received your order on a timely basis (about two-weeks max depending on pre-order sales), please contact us as soon as possible-we can check our Post Office receipts to see if there was a shipping problem. If you wait to tell us you did not receive your product 6 months after order, Mike is NOT responsible to refund an order that we can prove was shipped and did not show up to the customer.
